Protecting your private information is our priority. This Statement of Privacy applies to www.easternllc.com and Eastern LLC and governs data collection and usage. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to Eastern LLC include www.easternllc.com, Eastern Snow, Eastern Paving, Eastern Landscaping, Eastern Site Care. The Eastern LLC website is a privately owned snow plowing, landscape services, and paving site. By using the Eastern LLC website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

When you agree to receive SMS messages from us, we may collect your phone number to send you SMS messages.  We may also collect the content of the message(s), the date & time of the message(s) and your response(s).  We use the information collected through our SMS messaging service to send you appointment reminders, updates & promotional offers, as well as respond to your inquiries and provide customer service.  We also use SMS messaging information to improve our services and communications.  The SMS consent will exclusively pertain to Eastern LLC, Inc. communication purposes, and will not involve with any third party engagement.  The SMS consent & phone number will not be shared with or sold to any third party.    
 

You can opt-out of receiving SMS messages from us at any time by replying 'STOP' to any message you receive.  Upon receiving your opt-out request, we will promptly remove you from our SMS messaging list.  You also have the right to access and receive a copy of your information, request correction of inaccurate information and request deletion of your information. 

 

1. Purpose of the Service 

Eastern, LLC provides SMS text messages to communicate important information to employees and subcontractors, including work orders, schedule updates, weather alerts, and other job-related notifications. This service is strictly informational and not used for marketing or promotional purposes. 

2. Message Frequency 

Messages are sent as needed for operational updates, typically 72, 48, and 24 hours before forecasted events or as required for job coordination. 

3. Cost and Carrier Charges 

Standard message and data rates may apply. Eastern, LLC is not responsible for any messaging or data charges incurred by your participation. 

4. Opt-In Process 

Opt-in by replying “YES” to an invitation message or completing an authorized enrollment form. By opting in, you consent to receive SMS communications related to your work with Eastern, LLC. 

5. Opt-Out Instructions 

To cancel SMS communications, reply STOP to any message. You’ll receive a confirmation of your unsubscribe. You may rejoin the program anytime by replying START.
